The 1099 Guys story time!
Ann had been eagerly awaiting her new furniture set for weeks. She’d spent hours choosing the perfect pieces to furnish her living room. Finally, the day came when the delivery truck pulled up, and Ann's excitement was palpable.
But when the movers brought the boxes in, Ann's excitement quickly turned to confusion. The set looked like it had endured a rough commute. The packaging was scuffed, the edges of the boxes were bent, and one of the chairs had a noticeable dent. Ann tried to stay optimistic. “Maybe it’s just the packaging,” she thought. “It’ll be fine.”
But as she began to unpack, the true horror unfolded. The instructions were barely legible, and the pieces? Well, they didn’t seem to fit together quite right. The couch, although beautiful, was missing its feet. The coffee table had no screws, and worst of all, the lamp was entirely absent.
Ann frantically called the company, only to find out that they didn't offer assembly services. She would have to do it all herself.
Frustrated and exhausted, Ann spent hours attempting to put everything together.
