The average price of an N.J. home is $100K more than what it was last year.

The average price of a single family home in New Jersey has increased almost $100,000 in the past year, according to data from New Jersey Realtors.

The average home price for the first quarter of 2021 was $500,628 or 24% more than the $403,785 for the first quarter of 2020, the data shows.

1) Credit One?
👉🏽 No Grace Period on Interest (interest charged almost IMMEDIATELY)
👉🏽 Annual Fee of $99 ($75 for year 1)
👉🏽 Costs for having an Authorized User
👉🏽 Average issuing credit limit of $300

2) First Premier?
I call this one the “Fee-Filled Baby”
👉🏽 $95 Application Processing Fee that counts against initial limit
👉🏽 Annual Fee of $75-$125
👉🏽 36% average interest rate
👉🏽 Monthly services fees
👉🏽 FEE for limit increase
