Bliss, Copa Banana, a CVS store, and a Save-a-lot supermarket were among the two dozen food establishments issued cease and desist orders by the Philadelphia health department in the last two weeks.

This place has the WORST manager and staff.......with an unparalleled uncleanliness. There are too many other places to eat on South Street!
