It's Monday and we're here to say hey! We wanted you to meet the faces behind Elle & Vine and learn a little bit about who we are and how we came to be!
Meet Jess of ! Jess has been shooting since 2014, diving deep into mastering the art of photography from the moment that first Nikon fell into her hands. Jess thrives on creating, challenging herself to push further and think outside the box whenever she can. She's also a mom to 5, yes fiveeee children! So momming is pretty high on her priority list, and the connections and bonds felt with her husband and kiddos truly fuel her work and vision. Inspired by novels, haunting music, and people watching, Jess is a great listener and loves to chat about all your deep thoughts. Favorite part of the studio? The vastness. There's so much room to sit with your ideas and let them flow, move things around, and chase the light.
Say hey to Emily of Shooting since 2003, Emily holds a Bachelors degree in fine arts and photography. She fell in love with Ansel Adams and let that love of landscapes influence the artist she is today. With travel as her love language, she and her partner Joe shoot photo and video together, serving couples who aren't afraid to adventure. She's also mom to one spitfire of an 8 year old, and loves to see the world through her daughter's eyes. Emily is a true go getter, and brings all her best ideas to fruition, come what may. The best part of the studio? The way the light hits on a sunny day, and the versatility the space provides.
Emily & Jess met when Jess put out a model call back in 2015! Emily and Joe volunteered to be her models and they've been kickin' it ever since. They've been sharing a studio since 2016 and love the ways in which it's pushed and challenged them to come into their own in this business. You can usually find the two in a FB chat sending each other stupid memes and sharing the days struggles. They love (and fight 😂) like sisters and wouldn't have it any other way ♡
