For years, I looked like I had it all together. High-functioning, organized, pushing through no matter what. On the outside, I seemed capable and in control.
But inside? I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and constantly questioning why it always felt so hard to keep up. I thought it was me. That I just needed to do more, try harder, push through the burnout.
What I didn’t realize was that those old habits and coping mechanisms were covering up something deeper: ADHD. Once I started learning how it actually shows up in women, everything started to make sense.
ADHD in women doesn’t always look like chaos or hyperactivity. It hides behind ambition, achievement, and “keeping it all Christina | Elevate • Lifestylehy it’s so easy to miss.
