The pandemic proved we could work from home. But does that mean it’s the best way to work?
Remote work showed us what’s possible outside the office. It also highlighted the value of in-person collaboration, connection, mentorship, and culture.
The question isn’t simply, “Can people work from home?” It’s more so “Does the way we work support how the business needs to work?”
That’s where meticulous workplace strategy comes into play.
