So after 5 years M&F Welding will be closing. I have decided to go union and work out of the 825 Operating Engineers hall. The last 5 years have really been great and rough at the same time. It’s time for me to work smarter not harder. After my tragic accident this year I have learned to appreciate life a lot more than in the past. Thank you all so much to all my customers for your dedication in the last few years. So lately there has been a lot of complaints coming from a lot of people who use some of my competitors. As a matter of fact yesterday was spent fixing one of my competitors mistakes. It was a very serious weld on a vehicle frame. With that being said, take the extra time to make sure you hired the right person for your job. M&F Welding will always be there to fix someone else's mistakes but there shouldn't be any mistakes in the first place.
