Hey folks! Just had a great intro to roasting and a cupping (not what you think, ha) with the Nom de Plume roastmaster generals Niko and Harlin. Not sure if you know this, but fresh-out-of-the-oven roasted coffee smells AMAZING. Great things are coming from these guys! Check them out at www.nomdeplumeroasters.com! Just had a visit at with Ken Singh about the Karsten Golf Course redevelopment project. He challenged us to send him a business plan. Challenge accepted! Who knows? In a year's time, there could be a Maushaus dwelling on the ground at Karsten!
