To creating formal gowns for the stage. To some minor furniture recovering. If you are not able to come during normal hours of business, we are happy to set up a day and time that works for us both and meet you here to see if we can take care of what you need. After business hours phone is 870-731-5386. Price start at $5 and go up from there depending on the projects difficulty, time required to

complete it, if need a rush job and has work on it at later hours and if has to put yours ahead of other customers projects causing delays in getting those done on time. She will give you a price for the project before you go so you will know what cost will be when done and ready for you to pick up. If for some reason there is a price change she will contact to let you know and get you approval before going on with it.

Good morning everyone! Mom will be in town and Betty’s Sewing & Alterations will be open this morning from 9 am to Noon!

We will also be set up handing out candy tonight at 6 pm at the McCrory Halloween Drive Thru. So come out and bring the kids dressed up and just stay in your vehicle. Line up on Main Street between Jackson Street and Wade Street and someone will put the number of children in your car and you will drive down Jackson Street and different organizations and businesses and people will give out treats to however many children are in your vehicle. We love to see them dressed in costumes. Come out and get plenty of treats for the children.

Thank you Rina Wallis for getting this together and for all you do. Love you! You are a wonderful asset to the Community especially the children. I know you don’t do for the recognition but deserve it. Love you more!

Hey Everyone, hope all of you out there are doing well. It’s Monday, May 10th. Well here in McCrory there is a chill in the air this morning, after the rain and thunderstorms from yesterday afternoon. I hope all of you Mother’s, Step-Mom, Adopted Mom, Fill in Mom, Second Mom, and all of you that have taken on the role of Mom for some one, had a wonderful and special day yesterday.

As most know, this is Michael, as Mom (Betty) does not do technology, I went out and worked on a project in the shop at their house yesterday and spent time with her and dad. I am quite sure the time spent with her was more valuable than the gift I got her. I know it means more to me.

Betty’s Sewing & Alterations will be open to for any of your sewing needs. Looks like we will be a little late in opening as Mom and Dad were having blood drawn for regular test at the clinic and have not made it back yet.

Betty’s is open on Monday’s normally
10am to 1pm.
If you have any questions or need help feel free to call her at 870-731-4751 during business hours N or 870-731-5386 after hours.

Hopefully Mom will be back and here soon, but I will open up and try to help as best I can till she gets in.

Good morning everyone. As most of you know, Betty, of “Betty’s Sewing and Alterations” does not do too much technology. So this is Michael, her son and favorite child, LOL no just kidding I’m sure my sister Donna Jones, is probably her favorite most of the time. Any way with Mother’s Day, tomorrow I just wanted everyone to know that my MOM is the greatest to me and always has be and will be. As is most of your own to you. She has made sacrifices and endured physical and mental pain just for my sake I know and I can never prove or say to her enough what she means to me. And that Love her and Appreciate all she has done for me as well as what she has done for her entire family and community. She gives so much to try and help and make her Community a better place for everyone and is an inspiration to me.

Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a great weekend. Betty is the shop today from 10am till 1pm. She is here to help you with any sewing needs. Don’t forget with Mother’s Day and Graduation Ceremonies coming up in May if you need the perfect outfit altered no reason to wait till the last minute.
She has some nice clothing for sale also. Most marked at $1 or $2 and then 1/2 off that. If the racks are not outside then come on in and see if you find what you need.

Good morning everyone hope you all had a good weekend. Betty is open today from 10am to 1pm. We also have some clothing and items out front on sale. Some of it $1 each, but most 2 for $1. There are 2 throw pillows made by Betty they are $3 each. Toy Story twin size comforter $25. And refurbished rocking chair for $50.

And of course, as always Betty’s is here for most all of your sewing needs.
