This 72-inch lowboy by West Michigan Furniture Co. is a masterclass in mid-century detail and the perfect blend of vintage American manufacturing and Danish inspiration. 🇩🇰🇺🇸

The bow tie detail and original mustard and white accents on the center drawers really set this piece apart, creating that iconic Arne Vodder look. Complementing these sculptural features are the circular cut-out pulls on the side drawers, making this a perfect example of MCM geometric design.

Excellent restored condition. The top has been fully refinished and the original finish on the body is near perfect condition. Nine dovetailed drawers all operate smoothly.

While the maker is unmarked, the architectural X-frame and high-polish chrome are in line with the designs of Milo Baughman and the Design Institute of America (DIA), capturing the best of 1970s Italian Modernism.
