BHR Ranch BHR, aka Broken Horn ranch, est 2015 is an 1000 acre ranch oasis located in the heart of the Texas Hill country. Kitchen is fully kitted.

It’s purpose is conserving, breeding, and responsibly harvesting exotic hoof stock as well as being a patron to the lands. The ranch participates actively and is a corporate member of the Exotic Wildlife Association and the Mason county Livestock and wildlife protection association. Since inception, the ranch has procured and grown to over 300 head of over 32 exotic nonnative animals including ove

r 5 acres of waters stocked with over 5 fish species. BHR touts some of the most scenic and diverse terrain in the area, with a recently refurbished renowned Windmill collection established by the previous owner. There are breathtaking Hill country views throughout the ranch. The ranch has 2 homes, the main and guest quarters, an office for staff, workshop and large barn, as well as several smaller storage and animals pens. Also featured on the property are 2 gun ranges, one for 50-100 yards and another long range for up to 800 yards. BHR showcases a 3 acre tank with island in the center of the property, this area provides a fresh water source as well as possess a full fish stock compete with automatic feeding system. In addition to the extensive natural water sources, the ranch recently upgraded to 3 all renewable SOLAR energy fresh water stations throughout. Guest House include bunk house style sleeping arrangements with linens provided and 2 full bathrooms. Our main lodge is also available for the hunters’ convenience for an additional fee (on top of $65, which is for guest home only). A full kitchen in the lodge is well kitted. There is a large deck out back with chairs and tables, plus a barbeque pit and grill. Enjoy your evening watching satellite television on the big screen TV in either home. Three full meals a day additional are available for $75.00 per day. Our goal is to make your experience exciting as well as affordable. Local hotels are also available in nearby Junction or Mason.
