IOS is hiring a Sales and Project Coordinator in Maria Stein, Ohio. This onsite position can be structured as either full-time or part-time, with flexibility for the right candidate.

You'll work directly with our President while supporting proposals, project coordination, marketing initiatives, CRM management, and the growing use of AI tools across our business.

Furniture industry and AI experience are not required.

We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new software, and ready to contribute across the IOS team.

We mentioned that the Marion Local school project is an exciting partnership for IOS.

A part of IOS’ team attended Marion Local from elementary school through high school graduation.

They walked the halls, built friendships, sat in classrooms, played sports for school titles, and graduated on the very same lawn over decades.

Familiar place with a familiar face 👀

Lt. Governor Jim Tressel stopped by Wilson Football in Ada ahead of the 10th annual Made in Ada Wilson Football Festival. Always cool to see people in the spaces we’ve spent time on.

Glad I was able to stop by Wilson Football on my way through Ada today ahead of the 10th annual Made in Ada Wilson Football Festival this Saturday. Every NFL game ball starts right here in Ada! 🏈

Two locations, two different types of projects, and one cohesive Superior Credit Union experience.

In Defiance, SCU transformed a former Rite Aid into its new larger branch, while the Lima location was a brand-new build on Cable Road.

With both projects happening on quick, overlapping timelines, our team worked closely with the client and the general contractors to keep design and installation moving.

Modern finishes and pops of green brought their strong SCU brand to life in each space. We are grateful for their growing partnership, dating back to 2021.

We’re taking you behind the scenes at Marion Local Schools’ newest build, sharing the unfinished spaces and pieces that go into bringing a project like this together.

This one is especially meaningful to our team because several IOS employees are proud Marion Local alumni.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing more progress and insights as the space continues to take shape.

We’re grateful to be working alongside Garmann Miller, Touchstone CPM, Inc., Superintendent Mike Pohlman, and the rest of the Marion Local staff.

From the first walkthrough visit and design renderings to installation day and the final walkthrough, our goal is to help clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process.
