They chose quartzite for both the countertops and the backsplash—but not the same quartzite. The result is unique, daring, bold, and absolutely breathtaking!

At Tiffany Young & Crew, “crew” means more than just the people you work beside. It means family. ❤️

This week, one of our longtime painters had his vehicle stolen and inside were all of the tools he uses every day to make a living and provide for his family. In a matter of minutes, the tools he had worked years to build up were gone.

When our TYC team heard what happened, they didn’t hesitate. Our crew members came together, donated their own money, and headed to Home Depot to replace his tools and equipment so he could get back to work.

Today, we got to hand him a brand-new set of tools. 🧰❤️

Construction may be what we do, but taking care of people is who we are.

We are incredibly proud of our team, not because they were asked to help, but because they wanted to.

This is what it means to be a crew.

We work together. We show up for each other. And when one of us gets knocked down, the rest of us help them get back up.
