JKS & CO was created nearly a decade ago with great intention: to build and renovate homes the way we believe it should be done - with craftsmanship that endures, integrity that never wavers, and a client experience defined by trust, clarity, and genuine care.

Our work is shaped by the values we grew up with: honesty, hard work, heritage craft, and a deep respect for home as the place where life unfolds. We’re grateful for the clients who’ve welcomed us into their stories, the makers and tradespeople who stand beside us, and the projects that have stretched and refined our vision.
