Pharr Construction Inc. offers a Hydro-seeding service located in Magnolia, Arkansas. Hydro-seeding provides for quick growth, less equipment, reduced labor, and erosion control, all at an affordable cost. High germination rates produce very quick growth rates compared to other methods of planting.
