We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Hispanic Festival Celebrating our Hispanic culture, traditions, and community. We will also honor the beautiful tradition of Dรญa de los Mu***os.

We encourage everyone to support the Los Banos Arts Council, which has proudly hosted its Dรญa de los Mu***os celebration for the past 10 years. They will continue this meaningful tradition by displaying the altars and honoring the lives and memories of our loved ones.

Together, we can celebrate our culture while supporting both events and our downtown community. More details coming soon!

Years ago, New Bethany had a wonderful group of local women known as The Guild.

They gathered together to plan banquets, luncheons, auctions, fundraisers, and special events that brought our residents, families, and community together.

Today, weโ€™re hoping to build that kind of community support again.

I wanted to take a moment to share a positive experience because I feel like we often see a lot of negative posts about signing services, and I believe it is just as important to recognize the companies that provide a good experience.

A few weeks ago accepted a signing through Notary Tribes. Shortly after accepting the order, I received a call from David Aguilar to introduce himself since they had not worked with me before.

I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of that call. He took the time to explain the signing I had accepted and let me know that I could contact them if I had any questions or needed assistance.

As a notary, I really appreciate when a signing service takes the time to build a relationship with notaries instead of simply sending an order. That personal communication makes a difference.

The payment offered for the assignment was also fair, which is always appreciated.

I just wanted to share this positive experience and say thank you to signing services that recognize and value the notaries who complete their assignments. We all benefit from building professional relationships based on good communication, fairness, and mutual respect.

I will definitely be happy to accept more assignments from them if I come across future opportunities.

Sometimes it is nice to share the good experiences too. ๐Ÿ˜Š

I had the pleasure of assisting with a signing, and I was truly impressed by the attorney I had the opportunity to work with.

Ms. Guerrero is a Spanish-speaking attorney who personally came to her clientsโ€™ home, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered their questions throughout the signing.

As a notary, I really appreciated seeing how much she genuinely cared about her clients. She shared with me how important it is to educate clients and make sure they understand the documents they are putting in place.

If youโ€™re looking for a Spanish-speaking estate planning attorney who takes the time to educate and personally work with her clients, I highly recommend reaching out to her. Her business card is below.
