An inspiration and an icon of the design world...

Remembering Florence Knoll Bassett, 1917-2019. A design pioneer and the guiding light of Knoll, Florence set the standard for Modern workplace interiors and the approach of “total design” with the Knoll Planning Unit. She founded KnollTextiles in 1947 in addition to developing her own iconic furniture designs. Today we remember her remarkable contributions to American Modernism.
