We worked 20 hours straight! We were done at 4:30am yesterday..... BUT since it was a live cutover we could not leave until it was all working. We double and triple checked ourselves.... and turns out the problem wasn't us.. it was another company who spliced their part backwards and once we figured that out we fixed it and finally got it back up. And since it was for T-Mobile they had to come back up. My new customer is thrilled we stuck it out and did not give up! It's what we do - never leave a job until your customer is happy.
