No deposit is due prior to beginning a piece that you previously own (the piece counts as your deposit), all payments are due at time of pick-up/delivery. Shipping Policy: I offer delivery within a 60 mile radius of Little Falls, costs depending on location. If you live outside this area, we can determine competitive shipping prices based on your location. To coordinate shipping, please message me for more information. Refund Policy: All sales are final. However, if there are any problems please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. I will do my best to meet and exceed your expectations! Additional Information: I welcome, and encourage, custom orders. Only you know the perfect piece for your place! Message me if you have a special request. Please note that all of my items are vintage and one of a kind pieces. I carefully inspect these, making sure the drawers have no damage, side tables stand sturdy, and that they are structurally sound. Each piece is recently finished and redesigned by me, however minor wear and tear is expected and encouraged (it adds to the story of the piece!)
