Quality Furniture Rental and Sales is looking for a versatile Account Manager to manage our leasing business. Complete all stages of the sales process including paperwork, and assist clients as needed. This individual must close the business and foster relationships to help achieve market goals. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong customer communication skills and excellent follow through.
What you are focused on:
• Growing your specific market, increasing unit count strategically
• Generating new business leads through relationship building, local marketing, and sales to exceed market goals
• Quick and accurate responses to large volume, time sensitive requests; ensuring clients are taken care of.
• Being the liaison for clients, vendors, customers, and all things regarding lease agreements
• Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills to sell
• Building and maintaining strong partnership with our local clients

What’s needed to be successful in this role:
• Proven experience in an inside sales position
• Apartment Leasing or Hospitality/Hotel experience is preferred
• Must be an extremely fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeed
• Ability to market and sell our existing inventory to the maximize occupancy
• Strong prioritization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to think futuristically and creatively in providing options, sales solutions, and problem solving
• Bachelor’s Degree is ideal but not required
