Now that’s a big ol’ stack of bottle openers!! They all cut without issue, but the inlays were the problem children today. Wasted two good chunks of 1/8” walnut by picking the wrong job - not once - but twice!! To the Google to order some more in since my usual spot is out of stock (pssst - Inventables when are you stocking back up??). It was nice to get caught up on some work that had been stuck in the queue either due to colds, the holidays, or just plain being out of gas.

Aww yeah!! Back in the shop after what seems like forever with the holidays and fighting off the plague. The heater is boosting the temps while my plows through the first jobs of the new year. Feels great to be doing some again!

Well, just threw my hat in the ring and applied to be a Maker at our local Mini-Maker Faire in February. I’m a bit nervous about attending as a Maker instead of a visitor, but packing up the for a winter road trip to show off all the fun things that can be done with it will be awesome. Can’t wait to hear back from them!
