I bet most of you are wondering what exactly we do while waiting for paint to dry in a small fiddly bathroom project down in Kennebunkport… Why we simply go to the beach on lunch break, stick our feet in the sand on this gorgeous April day, and brag about it with a picture update until we can resume work! Yessah 👀☀️🌊🦀⛱️
(And yes, there are people here in bathing suits, umbrellas, and beach chairs- us Mainers really are desperate this time of year 😂)

Great view from the office today! We are cleaning a very large lake front home today. It’s new construction done by Fortin Construction. We will make it ready for the homeowners by the end of the day 😁 🧹🧽🫧

A WHOLE HOUSE!! 🏠🫟
We helped flip an entire home to prepare it for resale. It’s ready for the market with neutral fresh paint. Before it was a cozy funky old home with incredible character: A purple master, red living room and multi colored guest rooms. Although it was pleasing to the owner and her guests… it was necessary to bring in painters to ensure the easy sale of the home at top price. Challenge accepted!!

These custom cabinets were unfortunately in rough shape and needed a repaint. We used our quick method for this customer that just needed a trustworthy fast repaint on the whole bathroom. For these cabinets, our quick method includes using our “Magic Paint” for a finish that we hand roll on. It’s still a multi day process, but cuts time down significantly. It has an ultra smooth self-leveling feature that gives the look of a spray finish. It’s also tough as nails. The paint we used is Sherwin Williams Emerald UTE in Pure White.

We have spent a few weeks in a couple different phases touching up and repainting all trims and walls after this beautiful home received new flooring. Very unique home!

Whole house! This was a new construction and took many phases through the last year. It was really fun to see this come together as the carpenters were very talented 😊

Window cleaning in zero degree weather and 4 feet of snow… no problem! Well, yes, it actually caused many problems, but we get the job done! We are finishing up a whole house that we had the privilege of painting and doing a final cleaning. We will post pictures soon! Stay tuned…

Our final cleaning for construction clean up of new construction, remodels, landlords, and houses that need prep before they hit the market, wipes clean any and all evidence of filth within a day. And yes, including windows! Make sure to inquire if you think cleaning may help you with your project! 😁
