In order to give the table some shape and contour I tapered the layer of bendable ply wood before then were glued together. If you notice the middle of the table is over an inch thicker than the very ends.

This is the ebony and glass coffee table that was delivered to the same customer as the dining table. The table measures 18 in. tall, 32in wide and 52in long. To see how it was made check out the album.

I just finished and delivered the Walnut top and steel frame dining table. This table seats 12 comfortably. It is 10ft long and 4ft. wide. I will post a few work in progress pics in the album. This is the first piece of mine that I used steel. I really like the combination of wood and steel.

I love creating custom pieces for my clients specific needs. This is a sketch up of a table I'll be starting tomorrow for a customer that loves clean modern lines, the combination of metal and walnut, and sitting around a dinner table with her whole family. I'll share some behind the scenes photos as this piece progresses.
