The Keener barn is coming down in such good shape. This barn will become a speak easy style taproom just outside of Cincinnati

2 old barns!! will both get new stories. The Keener barns will both have a new life. The 106x40 will become a farmer’s market/brewery in Cincinnati and the 36x36 will be going back up in Utica, Kentucky. We have more frames available!

We just signed the contract to remove this one of a kind massive double crib log barn! Now we have to find the right client for this piece of Ohio history!

Putting together our structures for 2026. We have two barns that are amazing and will be on here soon but today we toured this very large 2 story log cabin that will be coming down next year. The front part is 32x18 full 2 story and then the original kitchen is 18x26 off of the back. The beams in fantastic shape. This structure could be on your land next year!

Trenton barn going back up! Beautiful barn frame complete with 56 foot plates and some nifty tie beam joinery. Going back up less than 10 miles from where it came down. Keeping local history local. We have other barn frames available
