THE END OF AN ERA: Saying Goodbye to a Lee’s Summit Legacy….
Dear cherished customers, partners, and friends,
It is with a mix of emotions, but also with heartfelt gratitude, that we share the news of our beloved business closing its doors in the very near future. This journey we embarked on together has been nothing short of extraordinary, filled with passion, dedication, and the unwavering support of our amazing community and loyal customers.
Four years ago, we started this venture with a dream to continue creating something truly special and leave a lasting legacy. Throughout these years, we poured our heart and soul into building a business we could be proud of – a business that aimed to touch the lives of countless incredible individuals by creating unique spaces and furnishing a life you love. We are extremely honored and humbled that you intentionally chose us.
However, as we all know, the pandemic brought forth turbulent waves and unforeseen challenges, testing us in ways we could have never imagined. After a few short months into our journey, we were deemed non-essential and had to close our doors, forcing us to adapt and rethink our future. The future seemed uncertain, and we faced numerous obstacles, from supply chain disruptions to the ever-changing business climate, exorbitant operating expenses, the recent economic downturn, and sharp declines in business, all with no reprieve. However, our patience and optimism remained strong.
Throughout this trying time, your unwavering support and encouragement have been a beacon of hope, reminding us that we were not alone in this fight. Your loyalty fueled our determination to pivot and innovate, seeking new ways to serve our community. However, despite our best efforts, we find ourselves facing the difficult decision to close our doors.
This sadness we feel is not just about saying goodbye to a business; it is about saying goodbye to each and every one of you – our incredible customers who have become friends, our partners who have stood by us, and our dedicated team members, both past and present, who have poured their very heart and soul into every aspect of this endeavor.
But please know that the bonds we've forged will never be broken. The community we call home will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and the connections we've made will remain eternal. As we navigate these emotions and bid farewell to our business, we ask for your understanding, continued support, and prayers.

The challenges posed by the pandemic and now the economic uncertainties have tested us all, but it is the compassion, unity, and love that have shone through the darkest moments. We will be closed tomorrow through Thursday preparing the store and reopening on Friday. Every purchase represents a piece of our hearts in your home, and we take great pride in that.
