The 1st pic is missing the pressure valve and water shut off valve the next is a broken tile on the roof the next was a electric panel found in the attic the was not supposed to be in the attic was not done to today standards this is a fire hazard needs to be fixed the last one was a window that was missing the grid in the window

This is a duct work in the attic that has come apart and is heating the attic this is why you have a home inspection to find things that you might never find. To get a good overview of the house you are buying
