Over the last 4 years of being in business for myself full time I've realized I am horrible at taking before photos on my residential projects as I mostly focus on the end result so this post is dedicated to the few before & after pics i do have highlighting the transformation in order to show potential clients the contrast.

Castle Rock & Crystal Valley friends, I'm talking to you here with this post! Soooo many
newer homes in your area unfortunately have bulky builder grade handrail on decks that look like something out of the 80s and obstruct your view of your beautiful surroundings whether you're inside looking out or sitting on your deck. Let's change that. These few pictures are a prime example of the difference to this home on Eveningsong Dr, Crystal Valley. Many older homes around Larkspur have the outdated builder grade railing that isn't sturdy and will not help your home sell. Same goes for Crystal Valley and Castle Rock homeowners nearby. Out with the old, in with the new that's not only more solid, safe, modern and beautiful but also opens up your view to your surroundings. And no maintenance needed being powder coated properly. All connecting points are fully welded with no fasteners involved or ugly shoes, covers on top and bottom rails. Spend a little extra and get a high quality product that lasts.

I had the pleasure today installing this custom deck railing on a home in Sageport/Bear Dance area of Larkspur that turned out beautiful. The transformation is a night and day difference upgrade with the other work completed on the existing deck that needed done. Out with the builder grade bulky railing and in with a modern rail built to code that is not only more solid, safe, beautiful while allowing you to see through it enjoying our beautiful surroundings here in Larkspur and on any property.

This was another good one done for a neighbor in Perry Park. Nearly 90' of custom steel fully welded railing for a client who was in a rush to list and sell his home which he did with the new owner telling me the railing was a big selling point for them. I had also done the interior railing here for a previous homeowner several years ago.

Custom welded railing is expensive but far more stable, solid than the mass produced, janky kits that are fastened together with self tappers finished with ugly caps and shoes along with poor powder coating that fades fast so if you're building a new deck or remodeling go for the long haul and spend a bit extra for a unique look and something solid that lasts. This one we color matched to the decking as requested which blends in nicely.

This was a beautiful transformation installed today in Perry Park. Steel handrail finished in a clear coat. When you pay good money for custom handrail you expect top quality and proper fitment so you get what you pay for with me unlike some of my competitors that show up to a jobsite and their pieces don't fit requiring rework while being embarrassed, I take the extra time to test fit certain sections on site to ensure guaranteed fitment once the product is finished. I want to give a special thanks to Chillco Drinks a return client who requested these custom built, mobile drink stands for a new venue they'll be working. More to come on these as they provide an acrylic top to hold the containers and serve all of you while you sit and enjoy the entertainment.

As i get back on track with more custom fab, i recently had a client reach out to me with a special request for custom steel legs for a walnut desk. I was asked if I could build this based off of a picture she provided and I responded with of course I could! I met her expectations and then some. The homeowners decided to add railing on the basement level rather than a closet as originally planned so this was the end result to this job finished in a clear coat.
