This Beretta A300 Outlander was in rough shape when it came in the shop. The stock bolt tube was broken off towards the receiver and some parts were lost during a hunt. I was able to remove the remaining stock bolt tube and replace the entire assembly. After inspecting for any further damage and a functions check, this Beretta is ready for the next hunt.

A customer brought in this Browning Buckmark with jamming issues. I gave it a good clean & oil, and discovered some damage from the slide caused by a missing buffer. Once I repaired the damage and replaced the buffer, it was up and running!

This week, a customer brought two old muzzle loaders in the store. Both of them had obstructions in the bore that needed removal. One just had the end of a cleaning rod stuck in the barrel, which was an easy fix. The other had a projectile stuck in the bore, which had been there for years. After having no luck using a regular bullet puller, I got to try out something new. I threaded a grease fitting in place of the ni**le and used a powered grease gun to push the projectile out of the barrel. With this being a 30 inch, 50 caliber barrel, I went through a lot of grease. After a very thorough cleaning, this rifle was ready for the next adventure! It’s always fun to come up with good fix.

I finished up this Beretta 21A Bobcat in .22 LR. This gun had some safety issues as well as a broken firing pin. The safety and sear surfaces were out of tolerance, resulting in the hammer falling while the safety was on. I just swapped out those parts and everything was functioning properly again.

Today I got to clean and oil this Wi******er ‘94. Nothing fancy, but it’s always nice to maintain an antique. This one was interesting because of the double stamping on the barrel!

I finally found the right grips for this project and forgot to post it! This is a Tisas 1911 Tank Commander I fully customized while I was in gunsmithing school. I did action work, cut forward cocking serrations, dropped the ejection port, cut dovetails for night sights, cerakoted the frame, and most importantly, color case hardened the slide and got a very unique green. This was by far my favorite project in school!

A one-color Cerakote job I did in school. Forgot to post! This one is a PCC in bright purple.
