Perchin4polio-Rotary of LaPorte Ice Derby-a great day on the Ice!!
Rotary of LaPorte is pleased to report that the “Perchin4polio LaPorte Ice Fishing Derby” was a great success. 57 fisherman and fisherwomen braved the “Winter Storm Warning” to enjoy the fishing and competition. Funds were raised for the charities that Rotary supports both locally and internationally, including the “Polio Plus” program that focuses on the eradication of polio worldwide. A special thanks to the City of LaPorte Parks Department and all our sponsors for their great support of this event. We are excited to be part of the WinterFEST events in our community. Thanks to our Big Fish Sponsors, as well as our Fishing product sponsors. We were able to give out great cash and fishing product prizes.
