Inspired Trading Co. Recently we turned a corner in our home and decided to repurpose and refinish pieces to make them new again rather than buying new furniture to replace them.

Time has passed and my home is now filled with custom painted items. But, I still love to shop for great furniture with good "bones" and enjoy making it into something to be loved once again!

General information

I have used various products on different pieces of furniture, but I have fallen in love with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint. This paint gives the perfect old, worn look and can be finished out in any number of ways. It's easy to work with and comes in a variety of beautiful colors to choose from. On this page, you will find some of my most recent finds and available pieces. Many of them are not painted so that they can be painted to match their new home. I also offer custom painted and refinishing of your own pieces to make them fresh and new for you!
