Job Title: Cabinetry Design & Sales Consultant

Location: Roane County, TN & surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly + Commission

Job Overview:
TriStar Interiors is seeking a motivated Cabinetry Design & Sales Consultant to work directly with homeowners on cabinetry, closet, and flooring projects. This role requires someone who is comfortable both designing and selling, and who can manage projects from initial consultation through completion.

Responsibilities:

Design kitchens, baths, and closets using 2020 Design software

Meet with clients, present design solutions, and guide them through the buying process

Prepare quotes, review pricing, and close sales

Measure job sites and coordinate with installers and vendors

Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client communication

Requirements:

2+ years experience in cabinetry design and sales

Proficiency in 2020 Design

Confidence discussing pricing and options with clients

Strong follow-up, organization, and time management skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
