"Good Afternoon,
My name is Ashley Shaunfield, and I am reaching out on behalf of Dream Create Grow Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping families fund essential therapy services and adaptive equipment for children with special needs.
As the mother of a 20-year-old son with special needs who greatly benefited from these services, I am deeply passionate about supporting other families facing similar challenges.
On September 18, 2026, Dream Create Grow Foundation will host our annual Children's Fashion Show, our largest fundraising event of the year. We are currently seeking community partners and sponsors to help make this event a success. I have attached additional information about our foundation and the sponsorship opportunities available.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss our mission further and answer any questions you may have about the foundation or the upcoming Fashion Show.
Families with children requiring speech, occupational, and physical therapy are facing increasing financial burdens. Most private insurance plans cover only 25–30 combined therapy visits annually. For a child receiving all three therapies once per week, this can leave approximately 126 visits uncovered each year. As a result, many families are forced to make difficult decisions about which services their child can continue to receive.
Our goal is to help alleviate that burden by providing financial assistance for therapy services and necessary equipment. While our foundation was established through Lively Therapy Services, our vision extends beyond a single clinic. We strive to partner with therapy providers throughout our community because, regardless of where services are delivered, we share the same mission: helping children reach their fullest potential.
