This Undercover Systems installation in Puyallup, WA transformed the space beneath the deck into a clean, dry, and usable outdoor area in just one day. The project featured a 9x19 Undercover System covering approximately 171 square feet using flat white panels for a bright, finished appearance.

The system included 18 linear feet of pre-primed material on both sides along with 56 linear feet of box gutter installation to efficiently manage water drainage. The structure was designed with a slope angled back toward the house to ensure proper water flow into the gutter system.

During installation, the crew completed the initial walkthrough, installed all framing wood and gutter components, sealed and installed the downspout system, cleaned the existing gutter, and precisely cut and installed all ceiling panels for a seamless finish. The system was fully cleaned upon completion, and the site was thoroughly cleaned and packed up before departure.

The finished product provides a clean, functional dry space beneath the deck while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

Living in the Pacific Northwest requires finding ways to enjoy the outdoors. After seven or eight years, the membrane on a previous deck project failed, leaking directly onto a television and grill, which rendered the outdoor space unusable.

For this Issaquah, Washington project, the homeowner sought a replacement, discovered People Come First Construction Group (PCF) through positive reviews, and contacted us for the project. We installed between 50 and 100 under-deck systems annually in the region, focused on matching the new work with the existing soffit.

To achieve this, PCF utilized a 3D-printed product that replicates the look of pine soffit.
