This renovation included new flooring & hardware, lower cabinet painting, changing accent wall color to match other interior walls , painting laundry room cabinets (not pictured) & replacing can lights.
The outdated tile flooring was replaced with hickory flooring that was already in another part of the home. The backsplash was updated to a more modern tile with light neutral tones. The installation of the hickory floors solidified our decision to paint the lower cabinets to break up some of the warm wood tones and modernize the overall look. And don’t forget about Lighting! The original can lighting was replaced with canless adjustable led lighting. Muted gold drawer pulls and k***s was installed to the black cabinets.

It started with a color consult and the project ended with new flooring, updated cabinet hardware, changing of accent wall color, new backsplash and lower cabinet painting.

I was happy to be back in our old neighborhood Valleywood Kalamazoo MI this week! G&S Custom Carpentry
came through with the vinyl plank flooring, backsplash and butcher block counter installation. We were hired for color consultation ,hardware installation and cabinet painting.
Cabinet Color- SW Agreeable Gray , Paint- Benjamin Moore.
