DZT 4 You Listening to YOU. Benefitting YOU. Looking out for YOU. Listening to YOU - DZT wants you to know that your voice matters. Your voice matters and it will be heard.

We will make sure that your voice is heard and followed through with. We will do this by having the Senators out during the week engaging in dialog with students. We will have stations set up where you can come and put in your suggestions and concerns. The exec will personally email back everyone with the progress on their concerns. We want to hold town hall meetings one or twice a month so studen

ts can not only voice their concerns, but see what SGA has been doing to help. It is DZT’s mission to ensure that students are not left out of any decision that will affect them. Benefitting YOU - DZT wants SGA to benefit the every student in every way possible. We will do this by not only listening to students, but by also implementing programs that would benefit the students as a whole. Some of these programs would be to create not only a legitimate dead week, but a Rest Weekend. Students would be out of class on the last Thursday and Friday before finals. In this time we would have more rooms open for study groups, discounted prices at our coffee shops, massage chairs in the Culp, and many more stress relieving activities. We would also try and obtain better concert options each year. DZT’s sole purpose is to benefit you. This campus needs to be more students focused and we plan on making it that way. Looking out for YOU - DZT wants an SGA that is always looking out for the students it represents. We fully understand that the students elect us, not the faculty or staff. While we value our faculty and staff very much, we want them to know that the students come first. Students’ wants and needs are of the upmost importance. We will not be persuaded into making any decisions without coming to the students first. This is the STUDENT Government Association and we want the students to know that!

Hi y'all! My name is Taylor Dunn and I am a Sophomore here at East Tennessee State University. I am currently the president of Alpha Delta Pi, a Preview and Orientation leader, a Diversity Educator, and that's just to name a few. I want you, as the student body, to elect me as your Secretary/Treasurer because I believe in transparency from the Executive Officers of the Senate to the student body.
