Earlier this month, XCL had the opportunity to stop by the Xerox showroom in New York City and check out the newest additions to the Xerox lineup!

First, the Profico PX300 and PX500, production monsters that boast 80 and 100ppm! The Proficio series is the next step in beyond CMYK. From glittering Golds, stunning Silvers, vibrant Fluorescents or versatile layers of White and Clear…these machines are a graphic designer’s dream.

Next up is the Lexmark CX963! With Xerox’s recent acquisition of Lexmark, the CX series is the perfect compliment to our current Versant and Altalink office portfolio.

We are looking forward to attending tomorrow's Long Island Library Conference in Melville as an exhibitor! You'll find the XCL booth on the exhibitor floor of the Melville Marriott Hotel from 8am to 3:45pm showcasing XCL's technological offerings that are already deployed in various libraries across Long Island

The Long Island Library Conference is an educational forum for all those who work in and for libraries. Held annually to provide innovative and informational programs as well as networking opportunities to improve the quality of the public, special, school and university libraries of Long Island, the Conference is organized and sponsored by the Suffolk County Library Association (SCLA) and the Nassau County Library Association (NCLA).

XCL’s spent a lot of time on campus over the last 20 years as their managed print provider and toner recycling partner but today was a first!

We had the pleasure of attending a vendor fair alongside other local businesses to talk about all things sustainability.

SBU gives ‘old’ equipment new life by deploying used Xerox MFPs across campus to support their administrative departmental needs, keeping this machinery out of landfills.
We also spoke with attendees about ‘s free recycling program, specifically the customer favorite Eco Box program. This bulk recycling option allows Xerox users to collect between 5-30 cartridges in one box that includes a pre-paid UPS shipping label, making it an ideal option for most office environments.

Last week XCL attended the Suffolk County Fire District Managers Association Annual Vendor Show!

It was our first experience at the SCFDMA but will not be our last. In attendance were over 70 vendors all who specialize in supporting fire districts across Long Island. It was a great afternoon spent at North Patchogue Fire Department with even better company. We loved being able to connect with a few of our customers and meeting with new ones!

XCL recently attended the Long Island Fire/EMS Expo at Nassau Coliseum. It was our first expo we’ve vended in quite a long time and what a perfect event to return to!

We were able to talk to district managers, chiefs, and other administration members of local fire departments and ambulance companies about their current administrative needs and how XCL’s printing and telecommunications services can help them spend less time on paperwork and more time helping their communities!
