New little project incoming 👀
I found this set of wooden canisters at Goodwill and couldn’t leave them behind. They’re solid, charming, and full of potential — just waiting for a refresh.
I’m brainstorming a redesign that keeps the character but gives them a fresh updated look.
Maybe paint with a soft wash? New labels? A little distressing? Something fun and simple to work on over the holidays.

I’m taking my time with this cabinet — and I’ve decided the painting part will wait until after Christmas.
I've made a little progress stripping the finish but I’m still playing with ideas for the back of the cabinet. I want it to have a little personality — maybe texture, maybe a subtle design — something that feels intentional without overpowering the piece.
For now, it’s small fixes, planning, and letting ideas simmer. Sometimes that’s just as much a part of the process as the painting itself.

This one is about family.

This cabinet belonged to my grandparents and now it’s my turn to care for it. ❤️

These are the pieces that remind me why I started doing this in the first place. Preserving history. Honoring craftsmanship. Keeping meaningful furniture part of everyday life instead of letting it fade away.

I’ll be sharing bits of this process as I work through it.

Small step forward today ✨

I finally ordered Kaćha Furniture Paint in the color Belgrade. I’ve admired her work for years, and trying her paint feels like the perfect little push as I ease back into furniture flipping again.

I’m excited to see how this color looks in person, and I’ll share an unboxing and first impressions as soon as it arrives! 🎨💛

Hi friends! 👋 It’s been a little while, but I’m excited to dust off the paint brushes and get back to my happy place — transforming old, forgotten furniture into something beautiful again.
