5,000+BF BLACK WALNUT: $12,500

I have over 5,000BF of kiln dried, Rustic grade Black Walnut dimensional lumber, and I’m selling it all for only $12,500 + tax (if applicable).

• 3,925BF 4/4 S2S Rustic Black Walnut
• 610BF 5/4 R/S Rustic Black Walnut
• 230BF R/S 8/4 Rustic Black Walnut
• 253BF S2S 8/4 Rustic Black Walnut

Even at the wholesale level, these bundles, if purchased individually, would cost $16,025. But, if you take them all, I will take an additional 22% off and bring the subtotal down to $12,500. That’s literally just $2.50/BF. You can’t get any better than that!

I have a forklift on site until Thursday and would like to sell all the material by then. Pick up at my shop in Spring, TX.

If you cannot pick up, I am more than happy to help broker the freight for you. I am partnered with some of the industry’s best and get very reasonable rates for freight and can ship anywhere in the US.

PRE-ORDER DEALS

I will be placing an order for lumber on Tuesday, May 26, the day after Memorial Day and am giving y’all the opportunity to pre-order lumber and save a good chunk of change. All pre-orders must be paid in full by end of day on Monday, May 25, which is Memorial Day, as I will be placing the order for lumber the very next day.

I will require a minimum of 50BF per species, per thickness, for all pre-orders.

Domestic species will be FAS grade, and exotics are all SEL&BTR. Boards will come rough sawn, meaning they will not be surfaced. Lengths and widths are random, but I am requesting nothing over 10’.

Here’s a really nice bundle of 8/4 Rustic grade Black Walnut lumber. Milled S2S to 1-7/8” thick. Lengths are 4-6’, with most being 5-6’ long. Widths are random.

Retail price is $7.25/BF, but if you’ll pick buy this bundle, you’ll get it for only $5.075/BF.

4/4 Rustic Black Walnut Bundles: $3.33/BF

I have several bundle of 4/4 Rustic Black Walnut lumber, milled S2S to 7/8” thick, and I’m selling them for $3.33/BF.

Shorter bundles have 4-6’ length boards, and longer bundles have 7-10’ lengths. Widths are random, typically ranging from 4-12”.

Below are the ranges of the bundles I have…

610BF 5/4 Rough Sawn Rustic Black Walnut: $2,150

This bundle makes 610BF. 5/4 Rustic Black Walnut boards are rough sawn, meaning they have not been milled. Lengths are 8-10’. There are also a few shorter boards on the top layer.

Must buy the whole bundle, but you’re getting it for about $3.50/BF. You won’t beat that price. Sales tax extra, unless you’re purchasing with a valid tax ID.

RETAIL & WHOLESALE

I had a client come out today who told me that he thought I stopped selling at the retail level, and I wanted to take a moment to let y’all know that most definitely is not the case.

That being said, markets change with the seasons, and political and socioeconomic shifts obviously affect the way we operate. Sadly, it seems as though many hobby woodworkers have either cut back considerably on their spending as of the beginning this year or have stopped altogether, for more reasons than I care to list.

All that to say, I still sell lumber at the retail level. Obviously, if you buy an entire bundle of lumber, you’re going to save hundreds or thousands of dollars, but if all you need or want is a little bit, I do hope you’ll support small business and come shop here at Wood Flippers.

I recently received a semi load of premium Rustic grade Black Walnut, all milled S2S, and I have some rough sawn Rustic White Oak dimensional lumber as well. And let’s not forget all the FAS grade Black Walnut and White Oak cut-off’s in my retail shop.

You wont find a better deal for Walnut or White Oak on this side of town, and I’m the only lumberyard open on Sunday. I see clients seven days a week, by appointment, and my shop is centrally located in Spring.

It’s official… I need a JVC Clamp Rack!

I’m making five (5) huge butcher block style bench tops out of White Oak, and I have to split each one in half, as my planer will only accommodate pieces up to 20” wide, and the finished width of these butcher blocks will be 30”.

Each top, when complete, will easily weigh close to, or slightly more, than 200 pounds! I do not look forward to flattening them with my thickness planer. Getting each panel from one side to the other, and flattening both sides - of ten (10) panels - will be a massive undertaking.
