Back when Nepal was hit by a massive earthquake, here at Cy Woods HEAT we decided to raise money for them with a campaign called "Bake for the Quake", and now due to the earthquake that just happened in Mexico, we are having a Bake for the Quake 2.0!! The bake sale will happen THIS FRIDAY!! All money will be donated to earthquake relief so sign up to BAKE FOR THE QUAKE!!!

Our Texas A&M H.E.A.T. chapter at Texas A&M University is collecting crates and kennels for Aggieland Humane Society to help with ongoing hurricane relief efforts.
Crates can be used, or you can purchase one for as little as $25 to donate.
Simply drop of donations at Aggielarbd Humane Society, located at 5359 Leonard Rd, Bryan , TX 77807 or request your your donation to be picked up by contacting [email protected]

Thanks to all who came out and donated! We ended up with one whole truckload of school supplies and 15 or so of other donated items (clothing, toiletries, etc.)! Harvey is no match for HEAT!! If you are planning to donate in the near future, call ahead to see what the shelters near you need! Most have stopped accepting certain types of donations! EVERYTHING MAKES A DIFFERENCE!!

Calling all HEATsters!! Houston needs YOUR HELP! We will be set up TOMORROW 12-4 at Farney Elementary to collect donations (non-monetary) for those affected by Hurricane Harvey! We challenge ALL OF YOU to donate at least one school supply item!! School is right around the corner and Houston's kiddos are some of the BEST & BRIGHTEST!!
