Here are 3 signs the real estate market is getting better! The past 3 weeks, I’ve noticed…

💥 lumber prices dropping which means new construction prices should stop rising 🤞🏼
💥 listing agents calling me after a week of showings to ask if we will be submitting an offer. (They don’t do this if they have multiple offers already. Basically begging for our offer!)
💥 we are seeing price adjustments again! Price drops after several weeks on the market.

Not guaranteed for all markets but a good sign! 😊
