This was built to the customers request! We poured a concrete slab with rebar in it let it cure then build walls on top attaching it to the existing building and continued the process by building a roof everything 16 on center from the walls to the roof structure decked it, put synthetic on the roof decking and then installed a metal roof on the new structure with a matching color to the original roof as well. Got a call about a month ago for a job that was having floor issues. The tenants living in it moved out to allow us to complete this job. We removed all the original subflooring and installed new subflooring in two bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room and then continued by laying down new flooring and installing new bottom cabinets in the kitchen and a new countertop. All in all it took us 3 weeks to complete the entire job which included painting the rooms the flooring was layed in except for the laundry room. Everything done was done in the way the customer requested it. Give us a call for any Bids at 620-440-7869

Just some work I've done recently! We pulled out the entire floor of this bathroom and ran new 1/2 pex lines to the locations for the toilet, shower and vanity area. We also installed new plumbing for the new locations for thr shower and the vanity along with framing a couple of walls. After that we layed flooring down installed the shower. Toilet and vanity and of course we had drywall installed and muddled, this bathroom is done and I will post a later picture of the full finished product!

About 3 weeks ago I got a call from this customer about her deck, I went out to her property inspected it and talked to her about what she was wanting done, after we had everything talked out I went to the office and worked on designing a new deck, we demoed the oringal framing on the walk around area due to rotted wood and reframed it all around, we are coming back with Trex decking and running the wild to cut to the deck properly so we can finish it with a nice trim.all around the deck, we are also building a screened in patio and wrapping it all in cedar and installing a metal roof and two beautiful storm doors, these are the progress pictures of what we got done this week.
