WE’RE HIRING: Hilton Head area friends and followers, we’re expanding our Flocker team! What is a Flocker, you ask? Our fabulous BESTNEST Flockers tend to all Flocking (fluffing and stocking) duties within each BESTNEST and BESTNEST/Luxe Signature Rental. We coined the term to encompass our detailed ritual of readying our homes and villas between every guest departure and arrival.

Each Flocker is armed with (and responsible for) an uber-detailed checklist for each property, with responsibilities like checking underneath beds and couch cushions, tidying kitchen drawers, and ensuring guests will arrive at their vacation destination to find their accommodations, quite frankly, amazing.

We offer very nice compensation, mileage, snacks, and flexible hours—plus we just have fun😊. Our Flocking schedule varies by week and time of year, so this position is perfect for those with adaptable schedules!

We found an amazing gift basket waiting for us upon arrival as well. We especially enjoyed the covered patio and spent mornings there enjoying our coffee. “As a family who has visited HHI over 30 times in the past 42 years, we have found the best in finding Beverly Serral and her fantastic properties. This was the best furnished home we have ever rented plus the fastest and easiest to get in and out of for check-in and check-out. Two minutes for three of us to pick up our packets and then on our way! Clean, cool, and a 2nd Livingroom for the grand kids. Everything worked like brand new. TV stations for everyone. Also the most secure home we've ever rented. A great property managed by Beverly who certainly pays attention to detail! She covers everything.
