Remodeler tip of the day,
If you are sick of your old yellow-tan electrical outlets. Take a garbage bag make a small hole and wrap it around the outlet to make a small spray booth. Take white gloss spray paint and spray. Let dry and you now have new white outlets. Buy new white plates and add a new look. Good luck!

Now that is a really nice hardwood floor! Pics from last weeks mess. Well worth is and cheaper than new.

This hpuse was built in 1890 and had fur hardwoods on the whole main floor. After remodel and damages heres the pieced together end product before sanding. What do you think well worth it or ugly? Ill post the end pics next week.

Once again, spray foam walls in this remodel. Not only does it exceed codes but it is the most efficient product you can buy for your house. $$$$

Look at the size of this 11,000 sq ft house!!! Installing the cabinets in here is gunna take about a month.
