Murphy beds are in baby! Horizontal queen Murphy bed in BM White Dove.

First project programming a bunch of custom operations for the CNC to cut for the bed hardware. Designed in Mozaik, cut with the router, painted in the shop, assembled on site. Needed to bring my newest employee (my lovely wife ) to the job for this one. Those one piece shaker doors are beastly. Went as smooth as possible. She’s hired full time now. And finally thanks to some awesome people for the opportunity to build this! On to the next one.

Well, I waited long enough to park my page here. Salt Mine Workshop is now Trevor James Woodworks.

It only felt fitting to announce this change after we finally moved into our forever home. It’s been a couple years in the making. With Lydia and I moving ourselves over a few days and many trailer loads, officially closing on our first home we bought 5 years ago, the mountains of unpacking, and the fact I am currently late to start my drive to meet everyone for Thanksgiving; I’ll keep this short(ish) for now.

New website launching, longer emotional post maybe 5 people will read, and big kick in the tuchus for my graphics department and webdev teams to step their game up. More info very soon.

In the meantime I hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday.
