Machine polishing, waxing and cleaning boats of all sizes.
We work indoors in heated storage facilities during the winter months. Mostly outside when the weather breaks and throughout the spring, summer and fall.
Must be detail oriented in your core character or eager to learn.
Must be able to climb ladders, work in tight areas and sometimes on hands and knees.
Dealing with spiders is part of the job. Must be able to work in general without work impeding health issues or limitations.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to work in teams and respect other people and the environments we work in. We are a tight family and will treat each other as such.
If you are able to do these things with little issue, the job can be very rewarding and lucrative. $15 per hour is the minimum starting wage with no experience necessary, but good detailers make more like $17-20.

We polished, waxed and detailed this boat a few months back. It’s nice to see her in the open as boats are coming out of the building.
