Hey everyone,

Here is a link to our website to order shirts and sweatshirts in honor of Braxton and his family. One of our own in our community was in a tragic accident on Christmas Eve. Braxton is a freshman who goes to school with our kids. We had the privilege to team up with his family and close friends to create a design that represents support for Braxton and his family to cheer him on as he fights for his life. With each purchase, a percentage of the funds will directly support Braxton and his family. Please share with your friends and family as well as social media platforms!! Hey everyone!!

We have been doing a lot of different things in the background. Working on product and other porjects!

This was for a family that wanted a treehouse for their kids but there were no trees to use. So Treg Holman and I built this above ground deck so that they could put a play structure on top.

Turned out fantastic and enjoyed seeing the little ones get excited!!

We’re back!! (Slowly but surely.) Daniel and I were trying to make an official post where we reintroduce ourselves but life happened… so here’s us in the raw!! In the past few years we have had some health scares and loss in our family and Knottywoods went on hold but in the last year we’ve been doing several things behind the scenes and we would like to invite you all on our journey while we stumble and grow with our company!!

We hope that everyone enjoys the long weekend that is memorial day. For many it is just that (a long weekend). For all of us veterans and active duty memorial day is everyday for us. We always remember our friends that we have lost and have moved on to Vahalla earlier than we would like. I raise my drink to you magnificent warriors and try to honor your memories by living my life to the fullest until I join you all in Vahalla.

Here is the conclusion to the sneak peak we've been posting. This is a log stand for the Marine Raider Training Center which holds the log of each class that graduates.

This project took a few months to complete and a whole lot of collaboration. We've included the process of all of the pictures because we take pride in the community and brotherhood that represents this project.

Thanks to Tony Ouellette, Daniel got to break in his wielding tools and got a break down on basic wielding skills as well as inspiration.

From there, it has been a learning experience and a journey of wielding. Daniel took so much pride being able to share some of his skills to his buddy Matthew Buckowing and can always use the help.

Thanks to Walt Monical, Daniel's vision of the Raider shields on all sides of the stand came true. We are so blessed to have people in our circle to collaborate with and have wonderful skills.

Lastly, thank you Jeff Spiegel for being such a wonderful buddy and assisting with the knot work. That was definitely a two man job!

I love creating with Daniel. Usually I do all of the designing but this project was Daniel and Tony's vision. With this I was only there for advising and all of the painting and picture taking as always!!

For this project we used:

4x4x1/4in mild steel and for the paint we used Rustoleum enamel paint. The rest of the items came from the military.
