Care Free Lawn Care

I need a helper full time for my lawn care crew. Must have commercial experience (and it show) and be reliable. Not many days off for the lawn guy.
Daily duties include mowing, w**deating, edging and blowing. Along with that comes cleaning air filters, knowing what height to set the mower for each yard, knowing how to open gates with a dummy lock on them, even knowing how to respool the w**deater.
Having a great attitude and receptive to learning the way that things need to get done is a big plus. Fast paced work and reliable pay for the right person. Must have reliable transportation and available monday thru friday every week. Some weekends i work, but not mandatory.
If you are on probation, parole or have a ride share with the misses, probably not a good fit. If you are left handed, that hasnt worked out very well for edging for some reason. If you cant walk all day long for any reason, probably not a good fit. If you dont know what to do when a piece of equipment wont start, probably not gonna last long. If you have an excuse about everything, no point. If you think its ok to blow grass all over the street and leave it, not for me. But if you have an eye for detail and love the look of a well manicured landscape, that's what i need. If you are willing to show up and take the time to learn how i do things (even if its not how your old boss had you do it) then we can figure it out. I have a high standard for my clients property and wont acccept any deviation from that standard just because i have a new crew. I do not have time to train a green horn, so please have experience on a mowing crew in the last couple of years. Home base is in haltom city. As the season gets ready to swing into action, heres a few things you might wanna check out around the yard.

Are your sprinklers running correctly? Hard freezes often burst pipes, and heads should all be checked for proper spray patterns and efficiency. Check your watering times and adjust accordingly.

Are your shrubs and trees looking ok? Now's the time to get them trimmed up and in the shape you like as well as treat for disease and insect damage.

Now is also a perfect time to add new seasonal color and mulch to your flower beds. Change up the curb appeal some and make the neighbors jealous!

I can help with this list and get your lawn in shape this spring before the heat sets in and its too late.

Finally time for an update on his status! Been pretty busy so far this season and with all the rain in certain thy everyone's yards are tall and probably have more w**ds than normal. Most of these w**ds will die off once the ground warms up and spring takes hold. A few more weeks and things will look better everywhere. Until then basic mowing is all that's needed to keep w**ds at bay.
Noes the time to apply a good nitrogen fertilizer and ore emergent to the lawn and flower beds to prevent any unwanted spring w**ds form taking hold.

Been a few days since I've done anything with this page! Business is booming and grass is growing good. If you haven't already, it's time to turn on your sprinklers and fertilize the lawn. Adjust your sprinklers for minimal waste or switch to more efficient spray nozzles. And most importantly, tell all your friends and neighbors about us!

So I am going to try to be more on top of this page this year. It has gone kind of stagnant and not been a very useful tool. I will post pics of yard of the month or projects I have been working on or maybe even my smiling face from time to time. If you haven't started your w**d prevention program yet this year, better get on it. Warm winter and this rain is a recipe for a bad w**d outbreak!
