Annual sign ups at Refrigeration D.o.C save you that service call or labor. Yes free service. All you pay is the part cost if your system breaks down. We have fixed coke machines to freezers. All repair and labor after finding a leak fixing it and pulling a vacuum after parts and freon the cost is $350 or $400. Yeah that's cheap compared to the cost of a 4,000 stainless steel sub-zero. With good care monthly your system shouldn't break. Dirty coils cause high pressure and creates leaks and in Texas at 103° it happens. So if your HVAC system or cooler/freezer is old and you can't buy a new one sign up. Monthly Service agreement( $37.50 per HVAC system, includes pleated filter replacement, condenser coil washout, drain cleared out, freon and run amp check-up. Commercial coolers,ice machines ,sub zero's, prep tables,mud coolers, keg coolers, drink stations. $19.50 per two. $16 over five, $12 over ten, $8 over 15 items. All yearly contracts signed come with annual foam cleaning.
