Super proud of my crew and the excellent work everyone put into this beautiful build.
This bantam house is 864 square feet including the loft, with two full baths and a studio layout. One feature i love is the outdoor bath and shower accessible from the pool! A full width deck on the front connecting to the pool surround will make this house a beautiful place to gather and enjoy the summers.
Inside we have 10 foot walls at the eaves and full cathedral ceilings, with four skylights to let tons of light in.
The loft ladder was custom made in my shop and attaches to a wireless winch so that it can be stowed up high when not needed. This was the first time ive incorporated any kind of mechanism like this in a build and i love the concept. I look forward to further refinements on future builds.
This was a big project, and central to the backyard oasis that Sabrina and Robin have so carefully created. I am honored to have been entrusted with it and proud of the finished result. I can't wait to see how these ladies decorate this home and make it their own!
