This quilt was pieced and quilted by commission as a wedding gift for a sweet couple in Michigan. The pattern is Clava quilt, but I used the Drunkards path rulers instead of the templates provided in the pattern. It’s a more modern style but I think it came out nicely. In my excitement to ship it, I forgot to take a picture of it with the binding! lol! Happy to know the recipients are pleased with the end result. Wishing them many years of love and happiness!

Part of the joy of quilting for others is getting to see the beautiful work and creativity. This King size quilt was cross stitched by two sisters. The younger sister passed recently. The surviving sister is 95. I feel so blessed to have had a small part in the project that will give her warmth , comfort and gentle reminders of their love and time together.
